- Users: A user is a separate login that can be granted access to your inventories and separately permissioned. Your package comes with a set amount of users, and you can add user licenses as needed. In the settings tab, the administrator can determine the permissions and access of each user.
- Item: An item is a part number, sku, product code, or other identifier. It is not related to the unit or quantity of items in inventory.
- Media Storage: Media storage is included in the premium and ultra packages and has a limit of 3 GB.
- Reservation: A reservation is an action that is taken on an asset or a pick-list of assets. This is used when your asset(s) are temporarily being used for a project, event, or rental but will be returning to your inventory. When a reservation is created you can track the name of the reservation, dates, and shipping information. The reservation is completed once the assets are restocked into inventory.
